Cookies and on-device storage
These are the only kinds of data the site stores in your browser. None of them are used for advertising or to follow you across other websites.

Personal data
We process only the personal data needed to run the academy, provide our lessons, communicate with you and meet our legal obligations.
The legal basis depends on the purpose: lessons and payments rely on our relationship with you and on our tax obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), visitor statistics on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and notifications on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Payments
Online payments are made through external payment service providers. Your full card details are submitted directly to the provider and never reach us.
We keep the details needed to confirm the transaction and to meet our legal obligations.
Visitor statistics
We use our own statistics tools to understand how the website is used and to improve it. They work without cookies and don't store your IP address; visits are recorded only in pseudonymised form.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving the website. You have the right to object to it at any time by contacting us.
Service providers
To run the website and provide our services, we work with external providers such as hosting, storage, payment and technical support services, maps and videos (for example Google Maps and YouTube) and notifications (your browser's notification service).
Maps, videos and notifications are activated only when you choose to use them. In that case, you connect to the relevant provider under its own privacy policy.
Where data has to be transferred outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by law apply, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.
Students
To organise and provide our lessons, we may process the necessary details of students and, where needed, of their parents or guardians.
Access is limited to authorised people who need the data to run the academy.
Photos and achievements published on the website don't show a student's face or full name.
How long we keep data
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, as long as the law requires, or as long as needed to establish or defend legal claims.
Rights
You have the rights provided by law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and, where applicable, objection and data portability.
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
